TransACT's AfterSchool21 (AS21) is a software service that supports after-school programs at the state and local levels in submitting compliant data for their annual performance report, 21APR. 

The AS21 April software development release will save district administrative users hours of admin time by giving them the control to document advisory board or staff meetings, track meeting notes, and identify who is attending those meetings.  

• In the AS21 program settings area, a program administrator can input advisory board members and define who site staff members are  
• Track the individual’s name, organization, title, when they joined the board, and the date when they resigned from the board. This list is not term specific, so anyone who is entered into the system this year remains in the system next year  
• Filter board members by the date they joined and the date they resigned categories, so a list of current board members is available  
• Users can add or edit meetings and identify the meeting type, including a meeting summary and a notes section 
• Staff and board members can be added from multiple sites and filter the attendees by those who are active at the time of the meeting   

Viewing and Documenting District Meetings Now Easier 

By clicking on the icon next to the attendee counts, users can view details about meeting attendees and other information necessary for documenting who was at various meetings throughout the year. Meetings are set up at the district level. A filter does exist that allows the meeting organizer to pare down the list by filtering based on a specific site.
